When fading stage star Judith Bliss invites a handsome young suitor to her country house for the weekend it promises to add more than a little spice to her mundane married life. Unfortunately her bohemian family, including novelist husband David and their two eccentric children Simon and Sorel, have similar plans and each invite a guest at the same time with comical results. Noel Coward’s hilarious drama will play a limited season at the theatre which was renamed in his honour in 2006. Hay Fever’s all-star cast includes Lindsay Duncan (Judith Bliss), Jeremy Northam (Richard Greatham), Kevin McNally (David Bliss) and Olivia Colman (Myra Arundel).
