As shown in the seating plan below, the auditorium is on three levels: Stalls, Dress Circle and Upper Circle. The Stalls offer excellent clear views of the stage, though there is a slight overhang restriction from the Dress Circle affecting the three rows to the rear (rows U to W). The Dress Circle also offers good unobstructed views, though again the three rows to the rear are affected by an overhang from the Upper Circle (rows M to O). The Upper Circle is high above the action and this is reflected in pricing. Sightlines are reasonable, apart from the two rows to the rear where views are quite restricted (rows K and L).
