Top Hat the Musical arrives in the West End after completing a hugely successful UK tour in 2011. Summer Strallen - the actress who originated the role of ‘Meg Giry’ in Love Never Dies - plays society model ‘Dale Tremont’. Strictly Come Dancing winner Tom Chambers is love-struck showman ‘Jerry Travers’. After arriving in London to star in a new show produced by the bumbling Horace Hardwick, Travers falls head over heels for the beautiful Tremont and finds himself caught up in a lively adventure that takes him all over Europe in an attempt to impress her. Top Hat was a hit motion picture for Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers in 1935. Irving Berlin’s score includes such classic songs as Cheek to Cheek, Let's Face the Music and Dance and Top Hat, White Tie & Tails.
