To search for available tickets:

The results of your search will display seat blocks with available tickets on your prefered date, the day before and the day after.

Click book now and the best seats available will be selected for you. If you do not buy the tickets within the following 10 minutes they will be released and made available for other customers.

Frequently asked questions

1. Is it safe to buy online?

As long as the site is secured by a reputable company that verifies that the information travelling over the Internet is protected, it is probably safer to buy online than over the phone. Look to see that the site starts with https once you are at a page where you are entering payment information. The "s" indicates a secure site, where information is broken up into tiny packets protected by a secure code (encrypted). This code is not put back together again until it reaches the destination securely.

2. Is West End Theatre Bookings site a "secure" site?

4. How does online seat selection work?

Once you select your event, you will be offered the best available seats for you within the selected price band.

5. What is "Grand Circle", "Dress Circle" or "Stalls"?

These are terms for different parts of a Theatre, stalls is short for Orchestra stalls, they are directly in front of the stage. The next section is the Dress Circle (Sometimes called the Royal Circle). The next section after that is called the Upper Circle or Grand Circle.

6. How is General Admission different from Reserved Seating?

General Admission seating is basically the best available seats at the time of booking are allocated at the price range selected. West End Theatre Bookings representatives are avid theatre goers and know the seating arrangements of almost every theatre and this helps to choose the best seats for out customers. Reserved seating is simply selected seats in the section you have chosen.

7. What is a 'matinee' performance?

Matinees are the early afternoon performances. Generally most Theatres have a midweek matinee performance and a Saturday afternoon, although some venues have substituted these for an early evening performance on a Friday. Please refer to the Price guide or information links on the website for more details.

8. How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be posted out to the cardholders address within 48 hours of receipt of the booking.

9. How safe is it to have my tickets mailed to me?

Tickets are mailed in plain white envelopes to the address you enter when purchasing. Estimated delivery time is one to three days. Most tickets are delivered by the Post Office with no problems. You can assist the delivery by carefully entering and reviewing the address information when you purchase.

10. What happens if I don't receive my tickets?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your tickets through the post, please contact one of our team on 08700 42 1004 and we can arrange duplicates for collection at the Box Office.

11. What happens if I can't find the information I'm looking for on-line?

13. What time should I arrive at the Theatre?

It is a good idea to arrive at least half-an-hour before the performance is due to begin. This way you can avoid the rush, purchase your programme, relax in the bar and order your interval refreshment.

14. What if I'm unable to use my tickets?

Once booked tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. But if you wish to cancel tickets then we will make every effort to resell the tickets on your behalf. The original tickets need to be returned to West End Theatre Bookings. West End Theatre Bookings will only refund base cost less the booking fee if a resale occurs.

15. Is there a dress code for West End Theatres?

There is no strict dress code for London's Theatres. Casual is fine.

16. Why are booking fees added onto the price of the ticket?

Booking fees are an industry standard in order to cover marketing costs and the distribution of tickets. The booking fees include VAT. We make every effort to keep booking fees to a minimum and they are clearly displayed alongside every ticket. The base price of the ticket covers only the cost of admittance to the event. It does not include:

Usually, yes.

19. What do you do with my personal information you collect?

We collect only what we need to process your order and contact you in the event of any event changes or cancellations. Your name, address, email address, and a daytime phone are required for these purposes. We protect your personal information carefully and never sell your information to any other companies.
