History:
The Duke Of York’s Theatre opened in 1892. The venue was originally known as the Trafalgar Square Theatre but changed it's name in honour of the future King George V. Notable productions at the theatre have included Rose (1980), Death and the Maiden (1992) and 1995’s season of Royal Court classics.
