The Magic Mike Live entertainment show is based on the trilogy of Channing Tatum films of the same name: Magic Mike (2012), Magic Mike XXL (2015), and Magic Mike’s Last Dance (2023). The international sensation opened in Las Vegas in 2017, and then came to London’s Hippodrome Casino in 2018. The Hippodrome Casino’s theatre is now transformed into a magical, intimate, 325-seat performance space.
Don’t expect 90 minutes of shirtless dancing. There’s acrobatic hip-hop routines performed by a dozen of London’s fittest performers, as well as live music, comedy and sensual water dances. In a four-star review of Magic Mike Live, London Theatre said: “The evening of talent, dancing, and, honestly, joy and empowerment taking place at the Hippodrome Casino is a feat of live entertainment.”
